We work in partnership, with children, young people and families, to provide a safe environment and create a tailored care and support package whether this is education encouragement, social activities, supporting each child to develop a range of skills to enable progression and development and maximise their confidence and potential through to more intense support ideally working towards the safe withdrawal of service or smooth transition to adult service when the time arises.

Our care professionals are thoroughly competent, qualified and experienced in supporting children and young people with specialist needs and play a crucial role in the delivery of the care and support package within the framework of managed risk from one to one care support to providing a care team to support complex care packages.  We provide a service that is evolving and will continue to evolve in line with each child or young person’s needs.
