Our Care
Professionals
Our care professionals hold a Diploma in
Health and Social Care (or equivalent),
and are subject to stringent recruitment
process which includes face to face interview,
reference checking, enhanced Disclosure
and Barring Service (DBS) and Independent
Safeguarding Check (ISC).
Training and
Development
We are committed to continual training and
development of our care professionals. This
can be achieved in a number of different
ways including skill workshops such as
tracheostomy care, gastrostomy care, spinal
training and tailored training which we provide
that meets the needs of individual clients.
We also offer on-line learning via accredited
healthcare training providers along with
reference books, updates on legislation and
quarterly training factsheets with coaching
and mentoring from our dedicated Training
Manager.
