Our aim is to provide an exceptionally high standard of quality service which exceeds the
expectations of all our clients and care professionals.
All our care packages are assigned a dedicated Case Manager and Care Manager. We apply a
formal review process to all our care packages, which includes a review within 24 hours and 72
hours after care has commenced and a care commitment that is:
An open, honest and transparent approach
Regular telephone monitoring calls
Review visits arranged on a regular basis ensuring our service continues
to meet our clients' needs
Appraisal and regular supervision with our care professionals
Client feedback half yearly satisfaction questionnaire
Complaint, concerns, incident management
Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through regular audits, management and clinical
governance review. Our quality assurance delivers consistent levels of safety, continual monitoring
and evidence based improvements to our service.
