Quality Assurance

Tordan Healthcare is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and Recruitment and Employment Federation (REC). We also seek best practice advice and information from National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) and Skills for Care.

We also have our own Quality Assurance Team lead by our Quality and Compliance Manager that has put measures in place to ensure our service is person centred, safe, effective, responsive, compassionate, and flexible and of a consistently high quality through policies, procedures and working practices which is continuously monitored and reviewed.

Our quality assurance delivers consistent levels of safety, continual monitoring and evidence based improvements by:

Telephone monitoring calls.

Regular review visits to clients

Appraisal and regular supervision with care professionals

Client feedback annual satisfaction questionnaire

Complaints, concerns, incidents policy and procedure

Our commitment quality assurance is demonstrated through regular audits and management review delivering consistent levels of safety which is continual monitored, evidenced and actioned for service improvements. We meet as a management team to review and share in an open and transparent manner on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis (depending on complexity of the care package) all our clients.  We analysis feedback by talking and listening to clients and support workers, reviewing records, and quality assurance audits and have an rolling action plan to address any concerns or improvements to our service.
