Training and Development

This can be achieved in a number of different ways including workshops such as tracheostomy training, peg training, spinal training and much more complex care training which we provide bespoke based up on the needs of each client.

We also offer through on-line learning via Social Care TV, Health Business Online, SCIE and other providers, along with reading books, update on legislation and quarterly training factsheets through coaching from our dedicated Training Manager and Care Managers.

We also provide every member of Tordan Healthcare team with the opportunity to complete nationally recognised qualifications after 6 months within the company.
