Turtle of the Month Award

At Tordan Healthcare we strongly believe in recognising, celebrating and rewarding high quality working practice demonstrated and upheld by our team. To express our gratitude, we have implemented Tordan Healthcare’s Turtle of the Month award.This award will be given to one individual each month that has made a significant contribution to Tordan Healthcare either directly or indirectly by:

• Regularly going above and beyond the duty of care and support
• Consistently exemplifying Tordan Healthcare’s core values of: Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring and Honest
• Providing a person centred approach to client care and support
• Demonstrating loyalty, timekeeping and competence within their role

At the end of each month a selection panel, representatives of Tordan Healthcare’s support workers, will determine who is believed to be deserving of such recognition and reward.The monthly winner will be presented with a certificate of accomplishment and a prize valued at £100.00 along with recognition throughout Tordan Healthcare.
