Tordan were absolutely fantastic when providing care for my brother who was 65 with Alzheimer’s. They were fantastic and I trusted them implicitly with his care and well-being. Most of all they were my brother’s friends and it showed! They also provided invaluable support to the family, especially me.

I think that Jordan, and the whole of the Tordan Healthcare team have been brilliant since the first moment of contact. I think that it is great how quickly you are able to provide services and with such a range of support workers, and with a limited amount of time helpful otherwise I would have had a huge difficulty in being able to attend university this year.

Care was provided for my mother in her first week at home after having a hip replacement. The standard of care was excellent. The assessment process (arranged at very short notice) appeared very thorough and my mother was delighted with the professionalism and kindness of her Support Workers. She gave her real confidence in showering and dressing and provided a range of helpful advice. She also provided a very good level of general domestic support alongside the personal care.
