We are currently looking for reliable, experienced and talented support workers to work alongside a middle aged female who suffers from an acquired brain injury. The client requires support revolving around transfers, personal care, access into the local community and encouragement to engage in local activities.

Support Workers must have up-to-date moving and handling training as the client requires assistance with all transfers and knowledge/experience working alongside clients with acquired brain injuries.

Our client requires a female Live in Support Worker to support her while at home and in the community. Ensuring he attends appointments, social activities and is safe while at home. Our client has a Spinal Cord Injury, she is very independent and has the ability to make her own decisions. The Live in support role is based in Macclesfield. Live In Support Work is living with the client for a set period of time to Support them with daily living activities and to work as part of a team to provide continuity of care.
