Adult Support Workers

Description
Tordan Healthcare specialises in the on-going care and support to individuals living independently in the home or residential setting. We deliver a high standard of service from one to one personal support to providing a tailored care team to meet individual requirements. We require a team of Support Workers to work with our client in the Knutsford, Cheshire area. Our client is a middle aged female who requires support to remain independent in the home. Support for this care package is 30 hours per week which is delivered with flexibility.
Tordan Healthcare aim to recruit reliable, personable, experienced and talented Support Workers to join our ever growing team. On-going training and support is provided for our roles within adult care and specialist conditions.
Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver’s license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Experience of providing elderly care
