Children Support Worker

Description

We are looking for experienced support workers who will work on a 2-1 basis with our client and his family. Our client is a young man with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and he has severe epilepsy. He is happy and energetic and needs encouragement with communication. Our aim Provide on-going personal support through arranging daily activities, promoting independence, managing complex care needs and ensuring a safe environment.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in support work or similar field.
• Enhanced DBS (previously known as CRB).
• Understanding and knowledge of working in a person centred manner.
• Availability mornings and occasional weekends.
