Complex Care Support Workers – Stockport
Description
Tordan Healthcare requires Experienced Adult Support Workers to work in the Stockport, Poynton area with our client and her family. Our Client is a lady who is tetraplegic and is very independent. She requires support with all areas of personal care, access into the community, daily activities, ensuring a safe environment and promoting independence. This support will be part of a 24 hour support package working in block hours so can include, days, evenings, weekends and nights. The support will be flexible to suit both yourself and the client. Our client has a fully adapted property and you would be required to drive the lady when supporting her into the community therefore full UK driving license is essential.

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver’s license
- Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or NVQ equivalent)
- Experience of providing complex care an advantage (but not essential as training will be provided)
