Description
Tordan Healthcare are currently recruiting for an elderly lady with Dementia who currently lives at home with her daughter in the Leek area and is requiring increasing support as her condition progresses. Support with personal care is required. Tordan Healthcare are looking for experienced, caring, responsive support workers to join our ever growing team of specialist care professionals with the ability to provide an excellent standard of care and support to our clients and their families within their own homes.
Shifts available: Monday – Sunday 21:00 – 09:00

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Experience working with Dementia an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
- Full clean driver’s license
- Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent NVQ)
