Female Support Workers – Palliative Care – Congleton

Tordan Healthcare are looking for experienced, caring, responsive female support workers to join our ever growing team of specialist palliative care professionals who are caring, compassionate, reliable and provide an excellent standard of care and support to our clients and their families at home. We work with CCG’s, hospitals, GP and other healthcare professionals to ensure palliative care is provided at the highest standard.

We currently have two female clients in the Congleton area that require Waking Night support within their own homes. Both clients live at home with family members and have additional support in place from Marie Curie.

Nights will be flexible on a weekly basis to provide care to the client and provide some much needed respite for family members.

Shifts Available: Monday – Sunday (22:00 – 08:00)

We successfully create this match by taking into account client and support worker requirements, location, personalities, history, interests and hobbies.

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
  • Experience working in palliative care an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Full clean driver’s license
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
