Specialist Support Workers – Crewe and Nantwich
Pay Rate: £8.00 - £10.00 per hour
Description
We are currently recruiting for a variety of specialist support worker roles within the Crewe and Nantwich areas to start as soon as possible. A flexible working pattern is available with the majority of hours undertaken at the weekend; however potential full time hours will be made available for support workers who demonstrate a strong flexible working ethos and commitment to the role.
You will be supporting a number of clients living independently in the home. The roles will involve supporting the daily routines, promoting independence, attending activities, appointments and developing community links. These are fantastic opportunities for experienced support workers to reap personal and job satisfaction supporting clients to develop independence.
Essential Requirements
- A least 1 year’s recent experience
- An understanding and knowledge of working in a person centred manner
