She requires support with all areas of personal care, access into the community, daily activities, ensuring a safe environment and promoting independence. This support will be part of a 24 hour support package working in block hours so can include, days, evenings, weekends and nights. The support will be flexible to suit both yourself and the client. Our client has a fully adapted property and you would be required to drive the lady when supporting her into the community therefore full UK driving license is essential.
